Shipping Policy:
In Stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days of placing the order. If you need your order to arrive by a certain day please write the date in the notes of the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We can expedite orders if notified. Feel free to call 916-371-3410 for any shipping questions. Customers will be contacted via email or phone with a lead time for all out of stock or backorder items. All orders shipping to the contiguous USA over $100 after any discount or coupon code is applied qualify for free ground shipping.  Please see chart below for other orders.

Order Value $50 – $100 = $20 Shipping
Order Value $100 + = FREE SHIPPING
Non Contiguous USA and USA Territories: (Example: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

International Orders;
All international orders are charged shipping as a separate charge after the order is placed. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with receiving the product. All international sales are final.
International Customers:
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE! International orders are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on cost and size.  If you have a preference please feel free make a request in the notes of your order.  Also, if you have your own shipping account that you would like to use please feel free to email or call.  We will be happy to work with you to arrange shipping via your own carrier.  Thank You.

  Refund Policy: NO LATER than 7 days of receipt of your order   We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return within 7 days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. NO REFUNDS on custom made wetsuits.

  Freediveshop Return Policy

  When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in order. We will credit or exchange if you are not happy with your purchase. But we will not reimburse the shipping costs unless your decision to return the item(s) was due to errors made by us.

   All items must be returned in NEW CONITION. Any items returned damaged or used will be charged a restocking fee of 15% to 50% depending on the extent of the damage. 

In your return package please include: The packing slip A note telling us what the problem was A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. If you do not include a note you may not be refunded! Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
